INGREDIENTS
Steel Cut Oats
Oat Milk (or regular dairy)
Water
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom
Pumpkin Oil
Pistachio
Pepitas
Cranberry
Raisin
Coconut
Method
Brown butter and toast 1/2c steel cut oats. Big pinch of brown sugar and spices. Add 3/4c dairy or non dairy and 3/4c water. Bring to a boil and reduce to low, cover. Cook until oats are done (20-25min.) Splash of pumpkin oil, Garnish with pepitas, pistachio, cranberry, raisin, and coconut.
eat hot hot hot. Splash with spiced hot milk for looser consistency.
